Happy 80th Birthday SCU! WOW, we’ve made it this far and continue going strong!
How should we celebrate this milestone? Introduce a new product and/or service? Nope. Not for this. Cake, ice cream, balloons? Yes, there will be some of that, but better yet, we chose to celebrate with the communities we serve with 80 Acts of Kindness! Throughout 2018, SCU will show the ways ‘We’ve got you’ by completing a variety of Acts of Kindness. From sponsorships and donations to different giveaways, be on the lookout as you’ll never know where an SCU crew may randomly pop-up!
Much has changed with the banking industry over the last 80 years but one thing that won’t is the way, ‘We’ve got you’. We strive to always meet the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ while truly embracing our core values and providing the best member experience possible. SCU has been around since 1938 and throughout our history have been committed to giving back because, after all, we are the communities we serve.
We’d like to thank all who have helped create and lead our credit union, our members and the communities we serve for their constant support. Cheers to many more years!
