ANNUAL MEETING

SOUTHBRIDGE CREDIT UNION

You are hereby notified that the annual members’ meeting of the Southbridge Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held via teleconference with limited in-person availability if needed. Please reach out to Alexanderk@sbgecu.org if you would like to attend in either capacity so that we can comply with health guidelines and provide the needed links.

The purpose of this meeting is to elect directors, consider revisions to the bylaws, and to transact any other business that may lawfully come before the meeting.
