SCU Makes $10,000 Donation to Old Sturbridge Village

A few weeks ago, Southbridge Credit Union happily made a $10,000 donation to Old Sturbridge Village. The funds will go towards the sponsorship of OSV’s Annual Gala, which will be held on Saturday, September 15th and towards the sponsorship of the 2018 Apple and Agriculture Days.

The Annual Gala is the museum’s largest fundraising event. It celebrates the museum’s patrons, members and friends with an evening of delicious foods, live and silent auctions and more. Click here for more information about the 2018 Annual Gala.

It seems as though summer just got started, but soon the kids will be going back to school and the leaves will be starting to change colors and fall off the trees. Along with that comes the cool, crisp fall air, pumpkin picking and apple picking too, of course! The Apple and Agriculture Days will be held over two weekends at OSV: Saturday thru Monday, October 6th – 8th, and again Saturday and Sunday, October 13th and 14th. This event is included with any day-time admission, a season pass or Village membership. Come take part in the fun! Click here to learn more about the 2018 Apple and Agriculture Days.
