In order to further develop products and systems that support members and area businesses, Southbridge Credit Union has announced two key staff additions: Jordan D. Hoy as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending & Services; and Jo-Ann Santelli as Commercial Credit & Operations Manager. Both Hoy and Santelli join the SCU team to focus on products and systems for commercial borrowing and operational needs and on additional valuable resources for a wide range of business concerns.
For over twenty-four years, Jordan has been a commercial lender, regional manager, development officer, and department head in various community, regional, and national financial services organizations. Within those roles, he has advised individuals and business owners on various financial considerations involved when making important banking, investment, and insurance decisions.

Jordan lives in Sturbridge, MA with his wife and four children. As a business owner of a children’s entertainment center, he understands the various pressures on cash flow and the necessity of a satisfying payroll. He is a US Army veteran, ex-rugby player, and ambitious golfer. Jordan is also currently serving of the Southbridge Economic Development Committee.
Jo-Ann began her financial career as a teller and clerk at Southbridge Savings Bank. Thirty years later, she had become, Credit Manager. Within her tenure there, she developed the bank’s tax escrow and was implemental in creating their Collections and Commercial Credit department.
Also a military veteran, Jo-Ann served our country in the US Air Force stationed in Colorado Springs, Colorado from 1988-1990. She now resides in Charlton with her husband and two children, where they own and operate Santek Laser, Inc.
