The United Way of Southbridge, Sturbridge and Charlton celebrated its 80th Anniversary and 2017 Awards Ceremony on Monday, March 19th. Southbridge Credit Union received the Gold Award for achieving 100% employee participation in the 2017 Campaign! A big thank you to our SCU team for making contributions that ultimately support our communities and help them prosper. Also, a big CONGRATULATIONS to our CARMEN RIVERA who was named the Unsung Hero! She received this award in recognition of her work towards providing aid to the island of Puerto Rico when the devastation of the hurricanes took place. Carmen would like to thank everyone who took part in this initiative and volunteered their time and resources to make this possible!
