As much as we love seeing our members in-person, we also provide the convenient option to do your banking by phone instead. Manage your accounts in your pajamas or on the go with SCU’s 24-hour telephone account service. Use your phone to:
- Verify your checking account balance
- Confirm the last five checks that cleared
- Move funds between your SCU accounts (requires your prior written authorization with any financial services specialist in any of our branches)
- Make sure your direct deposit check has arrived
- Verify your loan balance
How to Sign Up
To sign up for the first time, you will need your member number and full social security number. Get started by calling 877-970-0900. It’s that easy!
